1. The platform

Atheer Training ("the Platform") provides e-training services: one-time courses and subscription-based training programs, assessments, and completion certificates. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information; your certificate carries the name you register.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; sessions and actions under your account are attributed to you.
• Accounts are personal — sharing paid-content access is prohibited, and lesson streams are watermarked with the account identity.

3. Purchases and payments

• All prices include 15% VAT. The Platform is the merchant of record and issues tax invoices.
• Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to consume the content.
• Program subscriptions run for their stated term (monthly, quarterly, or annual) and end automatically unless renewed.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

5. Assessments and certificates

• Exams draw randomly from question banks and are timed; attempting to cheat, share, or automate answers voids the attempt and may suspend the account.
• Certificates are issued upon completing lessons and passing the final exam, carry a unique serial and QR code, and are verifiable publicly. Forging or altering certificates is unlawful.

6. Content and conduct

• Course content belongs to its trainers and the Platform; copying, recording, or redistribution is prohibited.
• Community spaces require respectful conduct; the Platform may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules.

7. Trainers

Trainers warrant that content they publish is their own or duly licensed, accurate, and lawful. Courses are published after Platform review, which does not transfer liability for content accuracy.
